I bring you these assessments for educational purposes so you can familiarise yourself with what to expect from an online assessment and to show you the ways how to approach and answer these questions. That way you have some knowledge and understanding of what is expected from you as a participant.
Job Search is an extremely stressful and pretty much full-time job on its own. Looking for a job that would mutually benefit all parties involved: Job Seeker, Employer, team members and clients is not an easy task. We are wasting so much time by applying for 100's of jobs that yield no success, sending resumes and cover letters into the recruitment blackhole powered by the dark side of the recruitment called ATS. On top of all that, we waste so much time on applying for fake jobs, Inventory Recruitment Agency jobs and jobs that behavioural and info research companies use to gather data through fake online jobs and assessments.
Finally - we manage to go through the destroyer of recruitment as we know it- ATS: Applicant tracking system, just to face another hurdle - Online Assessment: either Pre-interview online assessment or Pre-Employment Online Assessment. Unfamiliar with what is an online assessment, type of questions, what to look for and how to answer them our stress and panic levels go through the roof.
Each question is on display for about 6 seconds. If I have left it longer, this video would be more that one hour in length.
Some of the questions contain a lot information and if you need more time to read the question and answers pause the video examine the question think about the answer and continue to the next question.
